Mission

It is the mission of the DUBS Program to instill in our young athletes commitment, leadership skills, confidence and integrity as a foundation for a productive and successful future. Our goal is to teach our athletes respect for themselves, their team mates, peers and the world around them by instilling a code of ethics established on honesty, kindness,  responsibility and team work. Our coaching staff, families and players work together to cultivate a fun and disciplined environment so that every athlete can reach their maximum potential, develop their talents and increase their skills in the game of basketball and more importantly in life. 

Vision

The mission can only be accomplished through a joint effort from coaches, players, and parents. We expect our players to continually improve their skills, cheer for their team mates, help us create and maintain a positive atmosphere. We expect parents to be supportive of the coaching staffs' efforts and the efforts of their children.
